Every time I visit the clinic, one thing that really disappoints me is the receptionist’s behavior. She is quite unprofessional and often speaks rudely, without basic courtesy towards patients.She always finds something unnecessary to say, and we have chosen to remain quiet each time just to avoid any argument.
However, the doctors are excellent—very professional, calm, and provide proper treatment. They are the main reason I still trust and visit this clinic.
I request the management to please look into the receptionist’s behavior, as it affects the overall patient experience. Such unprofessional conduct should be addressed.

Back in September, my face was covered with severe red and white acne—so much that it literally formed shapes, and my friend even traced drawings over my pictures as a joke. I went to Dr. Sushanti, explained everything, and she gave me a clear, step-by-step treatment plan.
It’s November now, and my face is almost completely clean, with just a few marks left. The treatment is still ongoing, but she has assured me that I’ll have a fully smooth, clear face in a few more months and finally be done with the acne problem for good.
She’s optimistic, honest, and genuinely knowledgeable. I’ve shown my skin to many dermatologists before, but none delivered results like she did. She also explains exactly what each medicine does and is always available for doubts.
