I am from Edmonton Alberta, Canada. In May of 2024 I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure. After 2 years and a partial recovery, my significant other encouraged me to take a look at medical care in Mumbai, India. We recently completed a 2D Echo on my heart showing only a 25% heart refraction. After a stressfull fall/winter season I started to retain the water and I am now under the care of Dr. Siddharth Dagli.
On Tuesday January 13th, 2026, I had my first meeting with Dr. Siddharth Dagli at the Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai. Within the first day of taking my meds I lost over 5kg (11 lbs) of retained water. Within 1 week my blood pressure is now back to normal and for the first time in over 2-1/2 years I have stopped feeling the chest pains and heart pulpitations that have accommpanied me since April 2024.

Of particular note was your identification of my serious Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D deficiencies.
