My story with highness Dr Shantanoo Joshi sir starts with my lumbar spond with tingling numbness and heaviness in my thighs.we went to my orthopaedic without delay.coming back home my family and me very scared as he suggested surgery due to disc bulge at various places.i was depressed and not at all happy with my job profile I took a holiday and my sister gave me Joshisir number for physical therapy call.He seen my reports which was not at all suiting my age.without delay we started physiotherapy at his clinic and what a man what a knowledge he has of condition .i got relief in 15days.seriously I asked myself why I wasted my months of heavy pain killers calcium supplements and gabapentin.This Dr gave me diet for my muscles and nerves and bones to heal them and recover faster .Some extra techniques of exercises and few currents including ultrasound and needles.Friends,I got a new life in which I again round of Shivaji Park so all exercises in 2months I am almost 90percent recovered.Itwas just a matter of fact that physio doctor came in my life to get me out and family Without operation.Yes almost all physio should learn the technique of making pain free on spot by my sir.not only me but also I have seen almost all cases in his clinic with paralysis,neck pain,Parkinson’s,knee problems and everyone are equal satisfactory as me.i am not overwhelmed and trying to use metafors unessarily.You can ask me by calling on my personal mobile number given on a reception of him.O m blessed to have a Doc like him .He is very popular though and humble too.

Got 15 days for appointment but worth waiting.Now that's what I call is Happy New year year.Feeling blessed with those hands.Met a doctor n physio like person never before.
My mother went to see dr.joshi sir for physio. many orthopaedic have her heavy tablets for pain of shoulder and knee but it was temporary effect.thn my neighborhood suggested me his name. Without delay we went to clinic.The set up is clean and updated just parking is not available but you can park anywhere at circle. Treatment pattern is unique and latest it includes machines exercises home programme and diet which is extraordinary. Other wise we have to spend lots n lot to dieticians. Mh mother is very satisfied with pain free treatment with human touch. All i need to say is he is able to understand patients painand thereby patient gets happy.his strict and warm at time attitude works Also i need to mention that there is no waiting and waste of time in reception alike other clinic.Amazing Doctor experience counts and his dedication to each patient talks. We recomand DR SHANTANOO JOSHI to all tbe physio patient who unessary takes medicine. Plz try like my mother.Gracious
