He treated her with great dedication and kept encouraging her to follow a good diet until the reports improved. Dr. Patel not only cares for patients but also takes time to explain everything clearly to relatives, which is a rare skill. He is always responsive to calls and WhatsApp messages, and even when my mother was admitted late in the evening at Karuna Hospital, he responded immediately and managed everything with professionalism and kindness.
