We visited Dr. Prabodh Garg for my father’s post- COVID treatment. Upon arriving for our appointment, he did a detailed examination of my father’s chest and provided a proper diagnosis. Unlike other doctors we visited in the past, he patiently listened to all of my father’s concerns and took them seriously. He explained the condition and treatment plan in detail using visual aids while answering all our questions. He ensured that we understood the medical issue we were discussing and was generous with his time in addressing any other concerns we had in addition to the one we booked the appointment for. I find this to be rare, and we’re very grateful that we found such a caring doctor during challenging times like these.
