Dr Pooja Mehta is amazing with her diagnosis and treatment plan. She along with Dr Aldrin weaved magic on me. I was suffering from ankle tendonosis from end of March 2026, not knowing why both my ankles are swollen and having inability to walk. I was recommended Dr Pooja Mehta’s Physiohub in Malad West by a friend of friend and I realised I was in the right place after Day 1. All the Doctors Technicians and Staff are very professional and patient. Ms Uddhavi at the reception is fantastic, a thorough professional who also manages the clinic very well. I loved the vibe at the clinic where I am getting personal attention as well. After suffering pain swelling and limping for almost for 2 months, my pain and swelling is almost 80% down. I am confident that I will be alright soon.
I had been struggling with Achilles Tendonitis in my right foot for almost 6–7 months. Even after initial orthopaedic treatment, the pain persisted and I was searching for the right physiotherapist who could not only relieve the pain but also help me regain proper strength and mobility. That’s when I came across Dr. Pooja Mehta, and meeting her turned out to be the best decision.
From the very first consultation, she made me feel confident and comfortable. Her assessment was extremely detailed, and she clearly explained the root cause of my issue along with the treatment plan. In just 7 sessions, I experienced remarkable improvement — the pain gradually reduced and I regained strength and stability in my foot.
A special mention to her assistant Dr. Aishvarya, who was equally efficient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the treatment. Both of them used advanced techniques and a personalised approach that made the recovery smooth and effective.
The clinic is well-equipped with modern equipment and managed by a highly professional and friendly team. The overall experience was truly excellent.

I am Ashwin Pereira 50 yrs old had a paralysis stroke and my right side was effected.
I was hospitalized and then joined the Physiohub center for my recovery. Since then, 15 months now attending sessions I have recovered 90%, I can now walk, talk & do my daily activities without assistance.

I visited Dr. Pooja Mehta’s Physio Hub with severe cervical and trap pain that was radiating to my arm. I couldn’t sleep on my sides and was getting worse daily.
Within just a couple of sessions, my pain was completely gone! Unlike other clinics that use standard treatments, Dr. Mehta created a customized plan for me including needling, therapeutic massage, machine therapy, and specific exercises.
