I visited Ambrosia Aesthetics in February 2023 for treatment of excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis). Before starting, the doctor assured me about the results and advised that Botox injections were required on both hands.
I trusted the doctor’s assurance and done the treatment. Cost was very high.
However, even after a few days, there was no improvement. I was then informed that my skin was “not responding” to the treatment. Later, the doctor also mentioned that a small test area should ideally have been injected first to observe the response.
The patient should have been informed about all these possibilities and limitations before the full procedure and payment.
If there was uncertainty regarding the results, it should have been communicated in advance and I had saved my huge money.
This was a very expensive treatment for me, and the overall experience was disappointing.

My experience with Dr. Niketa has been marvellous. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in her field. But the best part is that she is truly understanding n willing to listen. Never rushing anything. Suggesting just exactly what is needed. A doctor and a well wisher. The only skin expert i need for the rest of my life. Thank you so much for everything.
