Alhamdulillah, we are incredibly grateful for the care provided by Dr. Neeraj Singh. My mother had blockage in two nerves, and Dr. Singh clearly explained two options: medicine and angioplasty. We chose to start with medication, and his guidance gave us great confidence in our decision.

Great Doctor , Extremely helpful was always available for any minor / major help when and wherever needed . The initial prognosis at the nearest hospital was disheartening, leaving us with little hope. However, our fortunes changed when we brought him to Fortis and met Dr. Neeraj Singh, Neurosurgeon. His diagnosis of an Acute Infract and Fronto-Temporo-Parietal Decompression craniectomy and cranioplasty procedure were conducted flawlessly. He has helped my father to recover from brain stroke and paralysis . My father has recovered 80% and is on his to make full recovery in the following months . Dr.Neeraj is the true definition of a Reliable doctor, a doctor who you can literally call at any time for any emergency and he answers you, irrespective he is a busy doc, but he treats his patients like his own family memeber, and i meant it in a literal sense. I got my mom treated for her brain stroke by Dr. N and he was very pleasent and comforting during this time of distress for our family. We would have done something really good in life that i got him to treat my mother. God bless him
