The clinic management needs to improve its communication with patients. When I requested to speak with the management, the staff simply hung up the phone on me. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I do not understand how patients are expected to communicate with the clinic if this is the way they are treated. I hope the doctor reviews the staff's behavior and management practices.
3 stars for the doctor, as I have heard she is good. The remaining 2 stars are lost due to the unprofessional behavior of the clinic staff.
I recently visited this gynecologist for heavy periods, and I had a very reassuring experience. The doctor was patient, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the examination. She listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly, which really helped ease my anxiety.
