I went past my due date and she agreed to wait patiently for spontaneous labour. On the day, she arrived at the hospital before we even did, and during active labour she was a quiet, steady presence in the room — making a suggestion or providing guidance only when it truly mattered.

And when I pushed my baby, her calm and capable hands were right there doing what needed to be done. My son arrived safely, and after the birth, she became a completely different energy — peaceful and calm, entirely focused on that first bond between mother and child. It felt less like a delivery room and more like a sacred space.

In a world where obstetric care has become increasingly intervention-driven — where the default is to hurry, to medicate, to manage — Dr. Manjirir has taken the road less travelled. She understands that birth, when supported rather than controlled, has its own intelligence. It is not a popular choice in today's medical landscape, and I imagine it takes real conviction to hold that line. But she does. Quietly, consistently, without fanfare.

I had an unmedicated water birth, overdue, with a cord around my baby, and yet I walked away feeling like my body had been trusted and my birth had been honoured. That is an extraordinary thing to be able to say.

Dr. Manjiri is very knowledgeable and was helpful throughout the consultation. Underwent hysterectomy surgery under her guidance and it was a smooth experience overall.

First of all, a big thank you to Dr Manjiri kawde. My wife Sunita Debnath and I visited her based on Google reviews and the nearby hospital listing. From the very first consultation, the doctor took the time to carefully understand all the reports and clearly explained the issue using diagrams and a structured approach. She also guided us on what needed to be done and explained the laparoscopic surgery in detail, including the entire procedure.

On the day of the surgery, everything was handled as discussed. Post-operation, we came to know that there were more fibroids than what was visible in the sonography report, but the doctor ensured that all the fibroids were successfully removed from the uterus.

I would also like to appreciate the staff at Beams Hospital. From the front desk to the visiting doctors, nurses, and even the cleaning staff—everyone was very patient, polite, and always available whenever we needed assistance.

Based on our experience, we would strongly recommend laparoscopic surgery, as it is minimally invasive and helped in a smoother and quicker recovery.

A huge thank you to Dr. Manjiri Kawde and her amazing team! I came to her late in my pregnancy (9th month) with a complicated case of two loops of cord around the baby's neck. While every other doctor insisted on a C-section and said it was impossible, Dr. Manjiri gave me hope at the very last minute.
