I had a very smooth experience with my health checkup at Executive Health Checkup | Dr L H Hiranandani Hospital. The entire process was well organized, the staff was courteous and helpful, and all tests were completed efficiently with minimal waiting time. The doctors explained the results clearly and addressed my concerns patiently. Overall, a professional and pleasant experience. Highly recommended for preventive health checkups.
Mr Abdul Gaffar gave us excellent service by constantly being actively available every step of the way. Our tests included empty stomach blood test, sonography, 2d scans and other. Breakfast was also provided to my mother who was the patient and to me and my baby. The food was also good. Overall the service provided by all the staff members were excellent. They accommodated us even though we didn’t have an appointment and the process felt super smooth and stress free.
I recently visited Dr. L H Hiranandani Hospital for my annual health check-up. The overall experience was smooth and well-managed. It was a good experience for annual Medical check. Coordination staff was helpful special mention to Mr. Abdul Shaikh. Though in few departments it took lot of time than expected but overall hospitality was good. Breakfast and lunch was very tasty and healthy.
Suggestion: crowd management should be there like divide the crowd in 2-3 different tests. In one of the department, it's been observed that, last in first out for test. This could have been improved. If the patient is opting for one of the test, staff should be cooperative to take the patient for that particular test
