❌Terrible experience!❌

I Booked an appointment 2 days in advance, when I arrived on Friday for my 15:30 appointment, waiting area was already so full there wasn’t even adequate seating.
The receptionist informed me that the dr wasn’t here yet, after further questioning she replied he should arrive by 4-4.30pm. I asked her to call him to check, she said she couldn’t and he was probably stuck in traffic!!!??

I decided to leave at 4.40pm - realising this is a dr that doesn’t even care to inform his patients or receptionist of delays… this does not give a good first impression of what his treatment would be like, this level of arrogance does not endorse him as the best or even a good dr!!

**This is Mumbai,there are many better choices!!**

I visited a couple top neurologists for diagnosis but was not convinced.And then I consulted Dr Kharkar.He patiently assessed my symptoms and set me on a line of treatment which negated the earlier diagnosis made by other doctors.Within a month my health improved and I was off medication.Dr Kharkar is a very humble and dedicated neurologist who patiently assesses the root cause of the problem and prescribes the right solution .I sincerely thank him for putting me on the path to recovery

Dr Siddharth Deepak Kharkar Sir,I am abhishek singh ,I consulted you in May 2025 ,I belong to Gorakhpur Up,I am NEET chemistry lecturer in private,some of my students are in KJMU Lucknow,I am facing dizziness issues after viral fever since last 2 years,I have only a senior citizen my papa at home,I searched doctor and with great hope I visited Nanavati Max Mumbai,approximately 2000 km,Before consulting doctor Sir,I had consulted Dr Manohar Sir ,ENT director,He told us not to do any further tests since I have gone earlier 4 MRI ,1Ct Scan, Video nystagmo graphy and pile of blood test repeated several times,Dr Manohar Sir told me to do vestibular and balance exercise only nothing else.then I met Dr Siddharth Deepak Sir,he asked me to consult ENT doctor Dr Jaini Mam ,He said jissein main kah rha hu usein dikhao.we followed Sir advise and met Dr Jaini Mam ,she was nice.Dr Deepak Sir wrote blood tests 6000 cost ,2MRI ,One of spine and other brain fiesta,I did it from Nanavati,He also asked me to go tilt table test and to consult Dr bhagwat in same Nanavati hospital.Here everything went worst ,Dr bhagwat was so rude,his fees are 3000,when we asked about our one simple query related to disease which is right of patient,he yelled on us saying apni query puchne ke liye Gorakhpur mein doctor dhund Lena,He made a call to Deepak Sir telling That will talk something related to my disease but started telling in Marathi अतिशय प्रश्न पूछता शायद उन्हें नही मालूम था कि मैं मुंबई में रहा हू i understand Marathi I objected for it kya ek patient ko apni normal query ka haq nhi hn itni fees dekar ,baad mein hospital management ne fees dr भागवत की लौटा दी और कहा की डॉक्टर ने misbehave kiya ,we are sorry for it,5 din ka time nikal gya , without treatment liye mujhein wapis lautna para, apne reply mein Doctor deepak Sir kuch bhi kahein lekin Shriradhakrishna ji ki kasam maine bilkul sach likha hn,first meeting mein I had touched the feet of Dr bhagwat,genuinely asking after paying such a huge fees is not it the moral right of patient to ask about his query ,when dr bhagwat misbehaved I said I belong to middle class family,plz return my father's hard earned money ,he returned, Management asked forgiveness, I could not get my treatment completed,I request Dr Deepak Sir plz not to send anyone to dr bhagwat for cardiac consultation,He misbehaved with us,Kya bura kiya maine ,unke pair bhi chhue,ek prashn puch liya apni bimari ke baarein mein to unhone kha Gorakhpur mein doctor dhund lo,plz anyone don't go Nanavati Max Mumbai,Dr Deepak Sir aap kuch bhi justification de par mere saath achcha nhi hua ,bahut hope se main aapke pass aaya tha. pranam jaishriradhekrishna 🙏🙏 I am well educated so I have maintained etiquette while posting my experience.plz think for one minute in your inner heart meri kya galti thi? Why doctor Bhagwat misbehaved with me,aapne hi send Kiya tha unke pass.

Our patient from Nepal suffering from epilepsy ,since last 10 years seizures almost 2 times a month. We had visited last month and after visting and taking medicine patient condition has been improved.
Besides expertise in field dr siddhartha sir is great human. His involvement and empathy towards patient is highly appreciatable.
Thanks you doctor we had got a sign of relief.

Genuine review:-

He lacks empathy, is always in a hurry, and does not seem interested in listening to the patient's concerns.

After the consultation, my father (the patient) felt extremely negative about the experience. He was even more scared and decided not to continue treatment here.

Additionally, I observed an unnecessary attitude.

Don't want to give a star actually.
