They have no sense of urgency or seriousness. We’ve been waiting five days for my mom’s test results, and all they keep saying is “kal milega.” We were supposed to receive the results on Monday, but it’s already Wednesday, and because of this lab’s delay, we still don’t know the root cause. If the tests are going to be expensive anyway, you might as well get them done at a place where the staff is punctual and responsible.

Lab is very good and lab staff is very polite and helpful whenever I have been here multiple times. Had a bad experience with Dr Amrita Dey - who is a radiologist here. Found her to be extremely rude and lacking basic human etiquette. Would have been a 5 star review if not for this bad experience.
One place for all diagnostics
The reports are very reliable, accurate, place is very clean and neat.
They also have lift and wheelchairs for people.
The center is located on 1st floor there are 3 counters and has different labs inside.
The staff is helpful.
Big seating area and a sperate lounge area is available as well.
This center provides 24 hours service.

Good lab, have nearly all test done here. They are not working on Sunday. Ample sitting in the reciption.
