We started visiting Dr. Hemlata Arora in 2017-18. Since then, we have consulted her for my mom and my wife, two different age groups, two different problems. Few thing in common, (1) very patient (2) listens carefully and allows you to share your feelings and problems (3) Minimal medicines and maximum lifestyle correction (4) THE BEST - very approachable and always available. In 2021, 7 members of my family contracted COVID. It's was her continuous guidance and support that sailed us through. No words can repay those timely and right diagnosis, advise, medications and encouragement. Thank you Doctor . We are blessed to know you!

Dr Hemalata is an excellent doctor. She is very considerate, humble, polite and patient in listening and understanding the problems of a patient. She was extremely caring and explained me the diagnosis nicely. She was also very approachable and never showed any hurry or rush while visiting me. She was also open to speak to my family members and relatives who were worried and wanted to understand the problem. she never showed any irritation even for a second. Very calm and composed nature which gives any patient some relief.
When I grew anxious and worried, she showed utmost empathy and provided me with confidence. This also played a good role in boosting my self confidence and provided me comfort.
I would highly recommend Dr. Hemalata.
Dr Hemlata Arora might be a no nonsense doctor but her medical abilities are questionable ..I had a very bad cough and she gave Alex tablets to chew ..I called a day after to tell that am coughing very badly and having a hard time . See said hesitatingly take warn water then I insisted and then she said take Alex cough syrup. But I was not convinced so went to another doctor only to find that I had several throat infection with altogether different set of medicines. seven hills charged me 850 /- plus medicines of 250 /- ...was it really worth .Don't recommebd you to go-to this doctor..waste of time..money...and most importantly sufferings.. shame.
Dr Arora has been a tremendous help in the MRSA infection treatment process for my mother. She has been adept and quick with her responses during the process. She is highly approachable and understands the urgency of matter at hand. We have been able to receive most of her doctoral guidance over the phone. We do need doctors like this in the medical fraternity that value human life over other aspects of medical administration.
