I especially visited Dr. Gaurang Gaikwad for my goiter treatment. Before coming here, I was completely exhausted and frustrated with allopathic medicines. We have been visiting Dr. Gaurang for nearly a year, and our experience has been consistently disappointing. Each visit feels repetitive and unproductive, with Dr. Gaurang asking the same questions without showing any real understanding or interest in our concerns. His responses are generic and lack depth, failing to address the root cause of the symptoms.

When severe pain is present, Dr. Gaurang does not make an effort to understand or discuss the symptoms thoroughly. Instead, he behaves as if he is doing us a favor by seeing us, which is unprofessional and unwelcoming. There is no genuine engagement or effort to alleviate the patient's suffering.

Despite nearly a year of consultations, there has been no improvement in the condition; in fact, the headaches have worsened. Dr. Gaurang continues to ignore our questions about why the headaches are occurring and what steps we should take to avoid them. Each visit feels like a waste of time and money, with the same routine of questions and medications that provide no relief.

We have repeatedly asked for a more thorough explanation of the treatment and medications, but Dr. Gaurang either ignores these questions or diverts the conversation to unrelated topics. This lack of responsiveness and care is unacceptable and frustrating.

Overall, we are deeply dissatisfied with the lack of progress and the indifferent attitude we have encountered. The treatment has not only been ineffective but has also contributed to increased frustration and ongoing pain.
