Very disappointing experience.
We waited for almost three hours, yet we were still not attended to properly. We repeatedly checked with the staff regarding our turn, and each time we were told that we were next. However, despite waiting until the very end, we were still not allowed inside.
The overall experience felt highly unprofessional and poorly managed. Patients’ time and concerns should be treated with more respect and transparency.
We were undergoing pregnancy-related treatment under Dr. Bhavini Shah. She communicates with patients with great warmth and care, making them feel comfortable throughout the treatment process. The entire treatment is carried out in a very welcoming and family-like environment. The staff is also extremely supportive, cooperative, and attentive, ensuring a positive overall experience.
Going forward as well, Dr. Bhavini Shah will always remain our first choice for treatment and care.
