Dr Batra’s Homeopathy, Hair & Skin Clinic

My experience with Dr. Batra's Borivali Centre has been very disappointing. My son has been undergoing treatment here for the past 3 years, but there has been no significant improvement. Every year, we are told that "it will take a little more time."

The service quality is extremely poor. The staff is unprofessional and does not seem to take patients' concerns seriously. Recently, my son had a fever, and despite trying for two days, we were unable to get an appointment. No one responded properly or showed any urgency regarding his condition.

It feels like once the payment is made, patient care is no longer a priority. The communication, support, and overall service have been very disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this centre to others.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr Batra’s Clinic. I spent a significant amount of money on medications and Grow Hair sessions and continued the treatment for more than a year, trusting the process and expecting results. Unfortunately, I did not see any noticeable improvement even after consistently following the treatment plan.
When I raised my concerns with the doctor, I did not receive any satisfactory guidance or solution. I still have more than 10 Grow Hair sessions remaining, so I requested them to either adjust those sessions towards PRP treatment or provide a refund, considering I have already paid a large amount. However, the clinic completely refused to help or accommodate in any way.
As a customer, this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I feel misled after investing so much time, money, and trust without results or proper support. I hope the management takes customer concerns seriously and provides a fair resolution.

Dr Batra’s clinic provides very good treatment and professional service. The doctors are friendly and take time to understand the root cause of the problem. I liked their personalized approach and regular follow-ups. The staff is supportive and the clinic environment is clean and well-maintained.
I have seen noticeable improvement in my condition after treatment. Overall, a trustworthy place for hair and skin-related issues.
