I feel i have been SCAMMED! and should be provided a refund. I visited this clinic for medical dermatological advice, but left feeling more like I’d been to a retail store than a doctor’s office. Instead of prescribing standard, clinically-proven medications or serums available at a pharmacy, the dermatologist pushed their own in-house brand exclusively. It felt less like a consultation and more like a sales pitch. I would have preferred the transparency of a standard prescription that I could research or fill elsewhere. If you are looking for medical treatment rather than branded skincare products, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
I visited Dr batras for my sons hair and skin issue and i am very happy with the progress. The doctors took the time to explain the root cause of my problem and provided a presonalized treatment plan. The clinic is hygienic and the staff is professional and very kind to every patient. Highly recommended!
