After suffering from eardrum perforation for nearly decades and visiting multiple hospitals in Mumbai, I was always scared to opt for surgery. Thoughts like "what if something goes wrong" kept holding me back.
One day I came across Dr. Ashim Desai's clinic on Google. After reviewing his profile, I decided to visit. And after my very first consultation, I immediately felt confident to go ahead with the surgery. The reassurance and clarity Sir gave during that visit was incredible.
It's been nearly a month since my surgery, and I'm currently in the recovery phase. Post-surgery support has been amazing too. Sharmin Ma'am and Varsha Ma'am have both been extremely responsive on WhatsApp and clear all doubts patiently. The other staff is also very helpful.
