At the outset, let me clarify that this extensive feedback below is on the hospital (which I visited because of my appointment with Dr Ramakrishnan). It is NOT on Dr Ramakrishnan. Meeting her was in fact very, very reassuring and useful, which is why i am marking 5 stars. The hospital though can do with some improvements. It would get 1 star only!
1. Unlike other hospitals, there was no one to wheel my mother's wheelchair. I had to do it myself.
2. Shocking shortage of signage. To find our doctor in the OPD was an adventure expedition. Equally shocking, no Dr in the corridor, nor other staff could tell us where she would be.
3. Very poor placement of communication that (a) instructs the person about the token that is to be taken as a first step (b) the registration form that is to be filled. So, one finds out after reaching the counter... which itself is after a wait.
4. No greeting, no warmth from staff, not even the lady who sits at the helpdesk right at the entrance.
All in all, a cold, indifferent vive.
5. Brought back horrible memories of a horrible experience at your hospital over five years ago when I had brought my (late) father for treatment. The experience had been so rotten that I had totally lost it, stood in the middle of the lobby and screamed to the staff "Some day, if you have a dear one who needs help, and you come across people as indifferent as you are, remember today."

Horrible memories seldom leave. An important lesson in customer experience which might be worth learning for your hospital.
6. Only one set of elevators take us down to the ground floor from the first floor OPD. But there's no communication to that effect.
6. Dr Aparna is a wonderful Doctor. The Doctor though is only one element in the hospital experience.
Don't know whether this feedback makes any difference to the hospital; nevertheless, I have shared.
I had a lot of doubts regarding my health and Dr Aparna was very prompt, precise and her expertise could really be seen in her answers

Everything is good. I was doing my cancer treatment in Kokilaben Hospital now my chemotherapy is going on but I am happy with the hospital and everything and hygiene but the washrooms of each and every floor are very dirty. As I am a cancer patient. I have much chances of infection. So please please take care of this things for the crucial patients other all things are good. Sisters are good. Doctors are good. Just work on your washrooms. I don’t want to go to any other hospital. It’s my humble request I have did this feedback so many specially on OPD section washroom on first floor that is very dirty. No water keep someone to clean or do something please
I was told to wait outside doctors room. I waited for an hour, then inquired at the reception desk on what’s going on- she said keep waiting. Then I requested the receptionist to check if the doctor is in the room. She did that and found out the room was empty. Then she called and got to know that doctor was on an emergency visit.
She should have known, instead of asking the patient to keep waiting.
Disappointed in the staff diligence
Dr Aparna is a very compassionate doctor . She treats my elderly mother. We’ve had a very good experience with her. She’s an amazing listener and offers practical ,doable solutions to mom’s health and sleep issues.
