The washrooms on every floor except the one at health check up department on 1st floor are extremely dirty. I Har been coming to hospital for 17 years and not once did o see the washrooms clean n having a tissue or sanitiser or soap. Dustbins are full n not emptied.
The doctors Opd 99% runs late. Is the time of the patients and visitors not important?? Or is it that just these doctors have the burden of the world on them?
I visited a doctor Dr Agal for normal gas issue . He didi not even examine me or ask me why I have come neither his assistant did. He saw me from his door seating on his chair and from that place itself just said come for endoscopy tomorrow though all I needed was just an antacid. This is how mad doctors are to meet their targets.
The emergency department in 2023 misguided me and made me deposit 4 lakh for an inch of plastic surgery stitches i wanted to get for my son and booked me for a doctor who was on a two week leave during Diwali. Such mismanagement and fleecing patients. No one knew what to do and where is the doctor.
This is the state of affairs.
Though I am very happy with my routine doctors Dr Dheeraj, Dr Anshumala, Dr Jigna, Dr Shefali. Amazing people .
I had taken my daughter to Dr. Anshumala for gut health. During the first visit she asked questions regarding the reason for visit and concerns and advised us to get some blood tests done. She never mentioned that she doesn't address gut health. Second visit is free according to Kolkilaben hospital and so after waiting for more than 2 hours she saw her for hardly five minutes (as this visit was free) where she asked the same previous questions, went through the report and prescribed some medicines. This time too she didn't mention that she doesn't address gut health. Third visit (we had a flight in the evening) paid the fees, waited around 3 hours and when our turn came she asked the same questions again and said that she doesn't address gut health and sent us to another doctor and said that we won't be charged but when we went there we had to pay again as this was our first visit to that doctor. This was so annoying. No treatment done but she got her fees. I am highly disappointed. Won't recommend her. Also she doesn't remember her patients issues.
I recently visited Dr. Anshumala S. Kulkarni for my first consultation, and I was impressed! She's incredibly calm and patient, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explaining everything clearly. The examination was thorough, and I felt at ease throughout. I'd highly recommend her to others. 👍
Doctor was good but management is very bad.I went for the second time for follow up appointment. I reached at 11 and my name was on 4th as shown in register. When doctor came they started sending patients after patients even those coming after me. I'm an orthopedic patient too and I was waiting there in a lot of pain and they were not sending patients serially. I waited till 1:30 pm asking them evert now and then about my turn and every time they said 3 more patients. After every 3 patients I had to wait for 3 more patients. I could not wait there anymore. Why would I with so much pain? Even without pain who will wait if patients are not sent serially? I only wanted to visit the doc because she was good and all I got was an extremely unpleasant experience. When I asked for cancelation they did not even bother to see why. So I got my refund and came back.
I would strongly recommend anshumala ma'am.Anyone who is suffering from painful periods or any such problems take this review as your sign to visit her. I am so thankful to ma'am and her team along with the nurses for such an excellent treatment. So grateful to God that I visited her. She was so empathetic in understanding all my problems and deals with the patient with much patience and compassion.
