My husband had re do bypass on 25 th September under surgeon Dr. Nitin Gundre.
And cardiologist Dr Ankur Phatarpekar.
Dr Gundre explained the entire procedure to us in a timely manner with detailed explanations.
Dr Ankur’s explanation and his work is phenomenal, when he enters the room we felt a positive wave hitting us, my husband felt at ease as soon as Dr Ankur had a word with him.
Dr Kunal is the most approachable doctor we have ever met, he answers all our queries with patience and in terms which are easy for us to understand.
Dr Salman and Dr Vijay helped him during his stay in the ICU, they are very helpful as well.
Overall a great experience with the entire team and hospital.
Dr Ankurs crew is amazing and dedicated. Very efficient and well coordinated. During my time at the clinic observed that the staff was courteous to all patients and were taking extra effort to explain and if needed explain again. They were very clear in instructions and ensured that patients are well informed during the wait time. The key to this whole experience is Dr Ankur himself. He leads from the front and his interactions with patients and the team is simply exemplary.
