I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic.
The doctor arrived late and, when she finally showed up, she rushed through the entire consultation. She didn’t examine properly, seemed to be in constant hurry, and closed the file almost immediately while I was still speaking. It felt like she was trying to push the patient out as quickly as possible. Throughout the session, she kept an artificial smile on her face, but there was no genuine care or attention.
The worst part was the billing process. The receptionist charged more than what was actually mentioned. She even used a calculator, yet added the charges incorrectly and took extra money when I swiped my card. After the payment was deducted, I noticed the wrong addition and showed it to her. Only then did she return the extra amount — and she didn’t even apologise. If I had not checked the calculation carefully, they would never have returned my money.
When I asked for a bill, she said the printer was not working and promised to send a soft copy on WhatsApp. I never received it.
This clinic presents fake smiles and polite behaviour, but the service and billing practices are completely unprofessional. I am attaching a photo showing the incorrect addition of charges as proof. NEVER VISIT THIS CLINIC.
