I consulted Dr Anjalika Atrey for OCD when intrusive thoughts and repeated checking rituals were taking over my daily life I felt anxious all the time and embarrassed to even talk about my symptoms.She listened very patiently and explained OCD in a clear scientific way which immediately reduced my fear. Her diagnosis was confident and she created a structured treatment plan combining medication and therapy. In 3 weeks I noticed a clear reduction in obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviours.My anxiety levels decreased and I was able to regain control over my routine.She is extremely pleasant makes you feel heard and monitors progress carefully.I highly recommend for her mostly effective and professional OCD treatment.
