Took appointment for 1:30pm
Didn’t even get in by 2:30.
Ironic amount of stress given in the waiting room for a heart patient :)
Appointment for 2D eco given at 2.30 PM but still waiting for our turn even at 4.15 PM. Pathetic time management. Careless attitude towards heart patients.
The doctor is the best for cardiac concerns, He has immense knowledge and explains calmly.
The Stress test happens in a very small room which lies right in the middle of 2 rooms, so there are patients and staff always passing. the room is covered with a flimsy curtain which moves easily with tiniest breeze. The stress test needs electrodes to be pasted on the chest area. so for a good amount of time the patients sitting on the other side of the curtain can have a good look of your bare chest. Moreover the staff conducting these tests will pay 0 heed if u point it out to them. they are so unprofessional they will ask you personal questions while you are performing a high intensity test.
I would suggest go for the doctor not for the tests.
I had taken appointment on 13.01.26 at 1 pm but till 3.30 pm I could not see doctor I asked on receiption how much more time it will take but she also could not tell, as i was visited from dombivli to chembur clinic I left 3.30 pm to my home and at 3.50 I receive call from receiption to see doctor so I asked her if I can come in 15 mins the lady replied till time you reach doctor will leave as only 02 patients are there. Lack of coordination between doctor and staff
