I don’t think I have ever given a 5 star rating to any doctor but Dr Ajay, Dr Supriya, and their staff (Mahesh ji and more) really are a gold bar standard. I arrived in Mumbai last week with an important event the very next day, and a painful abscess behind my ear that could not wait. What followed was not just exceptional medical care , it was a masterclass in what patient experience should feel like. The team walked me through every option with clarity and calm, and when surgery was needed that same evening, they made what could have been an anxious experience feel almost peaceful. The post-surgery support and follow-up care have been handled with the same unhurried patience, kindness and skill.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ajay Doiphode for my recurrent cold problem. I found a hearing issue in my left ear but I carried on not doing much about it. That's when I consulted an ENT surgeon. The initial doctors just kept me giving medicines with no improvement. Then I came across Dr. Ajay Doiphode who explained the problem clearly. I was advised surgery for the left ear. I opted for the surgery not wanting to land up in a similar problem again. Dr. Ajay's positive attitude gave me great confidence to go ahead with the procedure. The endoscopic ossicular reconstruction surgery went off smoothly, and now 4 weeks later I’m recovered completely and can hear surprisingly 100 percent. Truly grateful to Dr. Doiphode and his team for their excellent work! Less pain, no sutures, no side effects. Moreover post op care was excellent. He is an excellent surgeon. Thanks a lot Dr. Ajay.
