Worst doctor ever met in my life. Don't listen to patient and in OPD hardly see u a more than 2 minutes except while performing endoscopy. Money making doctor. Always reach late in OPD. Kindly ignore him. Full waste of money.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Adip Shetty (ENT specialist). Despite clearly explaining that my earwax was very hard, fully blocking my ear, and that the drops were not even going inside, he repeatedly insisted on using drops and kept calling me back for follow-ups, charging fees each time without actually resolving the issue.
Eventually, he told me that the wax could only be removed through a surgical procedure at Holy Family Hospital, which was concerning and unnecessary advice.
For a second opinion, I visited Dr. Ashish Castellino at Holy Family Hospital, and he was able to remove the earwax completely without any surgery in a simple procedure.
This experience felt like a waste of time and money, and the initial guidance was misleading. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
