I would like to thank Ms. Minal Gada and her team for there help and support throughout my weight gain journey..

when i started ...my weight was 57 and in 3 months I'm 65..

I have gain weight only by eating healthy home food which minal had included in my diet plan and no medicine..

Ms. Minal is very supportive, polite and very understanding.... her diet plan is very simple and easy to follow.

In this 3 months my strength is increased, my weight training is improved, my face is glowing and I don't feel tired.
