I had a lovely experience at dessange…came here for a haircut and absolutely loved my look…the top stylist mimi did an exceptional job with my fine straight hair which usually lies flat….she gave me a lot of movement ….
Unfortunately, even before I went there, the assistance on the phone was below standard. Firstly, no response to calls made in the last four days. Finally I left a message in hope to get an appointment for a list of long services I had, at least four or five including highlights. They called me back and communicated poorly. However, there was no network so I requested them to come to a better network area. They failed to do so and also sent me a message back after I texted called etc a few times, that they have assisted me already.
I understand the busy-ness of the Salon however, the reluctance to even call back or to provide any assistance in understanding the appointment schedule was extremely difficult. It totally seems like they’re not interested in getting new clients.

I regularly come here for blow-drys and the occasional cut. Esha and Parteet are so lovely and do a wonderful job everytime. They are so friendly, fun to talk to and make you feel very welcome. This week I tried the manicure for the first time and it was absolutely amazing with Phiphi! I have tried other nail salons in the past (also one very expensive one in Bandra) and I was so disappointed so I was hesitant to get my nails done at Dessange (because it’s mainly a hair salon). Sometimes I get scared when the cuticles are being cut etc. and I am very sensitive. But Phiphi was so gentle and professional. She really knows what she is doing. It was a bliss. Hair and nails looked on fleek when I left. And I was relaxed as well.
I booked my appointment at Dessange Salon & Spa, Bandra Mumbai. Really liked how seamless everything was. Booking via the Luzo app was quick. The staff was courteous and helpful.
I’ve been getting my hair done by Parteet and she’s amazing! She really understands what suits you & always makes sure you leave feeling happy with your look. She is super genuine and best at her work :)
