Dawood Khan Tailors and Clothier

My experience at Dawood Khan Ready Made Store was extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable for a brand that claims to have a reputation for quality and service.

The store owner as well as the staff were remarkably rude and unprofessional. There was a complete lack of basic courtesy and customer etiquette. For individuals whose role is to sell products and assist customers, the staff demonstrated a shocking inability to communicate respectfully or provide even the most basic level of service.

What was most striking was the attitude. The employees behaved as though they were doing customers a favor rather than conducting business. It almost felt as if they believed they were giving away clothes for free rather than selling them at premium prices.

It is quite evident that the store relies heavily on the Dawood Khan brand name, and unfortunately the staff appear fully aware of this. That awareness seems to have bred complacency and arrogance, allowing them to treat customers with a level of disregard that would be unacceptable in any serious retail environment.

To make matters worse, the quality control was equally disappointing. I purchased a Kurta and after returning home and inspecting the garment properly, that the kurta already had visible stains on it, which should have been immediately noticed and rejected by any responsible retailer before selling it to a customer. This clearly indicates that there is little to no quality management or inspection before products are handed to customers. I later discovered,

When a store charges high prices, customers rightfully expect professional service and uncompromising product quality. Sadly, this establishment delivered neither.

At present, it appears that respect for customers. the very people who sustain the business is entirely missing from the culture of this store.

I sincerely hope the management reflects on this experience and understands that brand reputation alone cannot compensate for poor service, lack of professionalism, and declining product standards.

Worst decision to make my Eid Pathani from Dawood.

Extremely overhyped brand with very unprofessional employees. For a Pathani that costs around ₹9,000–₹10,000, the experience and quality are absolutely not worth it. The staff lacks professionalism and the overall service does not match the premium pricing they charge.

When a brand positions itself as premium, customers expect attention to detail, proper customer service, and quality that justifies the price. Unfortunately, none of that was delivered. It felt more like paying for the hype than for actual value.

Very disappointing experience. I would definitely not recommend it.

Literally the worst experience i have ever had at a tailors , they employees just do not listen and do their own thing and when you try to give input they still dont imply it making something that u dont even like and have to pay premium price for it

Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Service

As a loyal customer since 1995, I was shocked by the poor experience today. After traveling an hour to the shop, I found only three design books available—two of which were occupied by a single customer—making it difficult to browse.

After finally selecting a design, I discovered that the master tailor was unavailable. When he eventually arrived, I was informed that they do not accept outside fabrics for design work during Shaban and Ramadan, yet they were willing to stitch designer outfits if the fabric was purchased from them.

This is not only unprofessional but also an unfair business practice. Long-standing customers deserve better service, transparency, and respect.

Reasonable prices & persistent employees. I recommend this store. If you are more fancy you should have a visit to this shop.
One of the best thing about this place is that, they are open to any suggestion and are willing to go any level to ensure that the product which they come up with is perfect and suits you to the best.
