They are not interested in selling the goods & medicines, come to them and keep standing there for hours and tell them to do the billing, if they do the billing then no one does the billing and when they do the billing then the discount is not applied properly
I'm very disappointed with the service provided for online orders. The store consistently delays delivery
without any proper updates, and communication is extremely poor. Despite multiple attempts to contact
them, there's little to no response. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when it comes to medical
needs where timely delivery is crucial. I would not recommend relying on them for online orders until they
seriously improve their customer service and responsiveness.
Worst ever service each and every staff se tu de dava than another one will say hamesha main hee du??? tu dena they take 1 hr to give medicine very bad staff
Worst service always, I have never received my orders on time. After ordering and calling them that I have sent the order on WhatsApp, they still don't remember the order and when I call after half n hour or 1 hour they always say 1. Nikal gaya hai. 2. Bhej raha hu. 3. On the way hai. And then they confirm order on WhatsApp.
Just today I received my order after 1.5 hours.
Kudos team 👏, nicely executed.
THE WORST SERVICE EVER !!!
