Crown Vet being a hospital and available 24/7 is the best thing pet parents need especially in emergencies at night time- just like we humans need.
The Dr’s there especially Dr Laxmi Kalyani see’s to it that she isn’t unnecessarily giving medication for treatments that can be done with minimal medication. Her aim is to always try and get the pets health on track soon without too much medication unless absolutely necessary. This helps parents to realise that it’s not about the money but focusing on getting the pet health at the earliest. She tells u up front the approximate timelines each treatment will take and the follow ups needed. It took my pet 2-3 months to get over his skin infection and now he is fit and fine after following exactly as prescribed. Whenever we visit the Worli branch of Crown Vet, we are greeted with a wonderful staff and helpful Dr’s especially Dr Kalyani. It’s staff like them which makes you trust and take your pet back to them for any treatment. May her tribe increase
Had a great experience overall. Big shout to Dr L.Kalyani very kind and humble doctor, always welcomes with a smile. My dog waffle got very bad wound she treated very patiently almost for 2 weeks and it's completely healed. Doctor speaks with very nicely with our staff as well. This doctor is highly recommended
Thank you so much Crown vet
The worst experience I know my dog was serious but even in her last moments these people kept me sitting outside I don't know what these people were doing inside or not. Suddenly a doctor came and told me that she collapsed. At that time I immediately got up and ran inside and went to my dog. When those people stopped me, they said, "Wait here, we are giving her CPR." They came out in five minutes and then said, "I am sorry, we tried but she could not survive and they charge so much money." That was the first and last time I went to this hospital.
Dr. Madhur is a very good veterinarian and a kind human being. He treats all animals with great care, patience, and dedication. His knowledge and experience make him a trustworthy doctor, and animals feel safe around him. I truly appreciate his hard work and passion for helping animals. Highly recommended!
My experince with crown vet is very bad. My dog ( a 3 year old male golden ) has suffered a lot becasue of that clinic. To rewiew his case, he suffered from mild gastointerstinal disease and tick fever. Firstly, when I took my dog there, I found it way to expensive, but as I can affoerd it, its fine until they treat my furry friend, isnt it? Guess what, they dont do that either. My K9, in the span of 2-3 months is required to stay and be admitted in the hospital for 3 to 4 times along with multiple visits and blood tests just because the coundnt ( or dint want to ) recgonise the problem.
Heres the cons ( serious problems I discovered ) with the hospital and would like to share the same so you dont have to see your best friend suffer :
^Doctors there are highly imcopetent. Some doctors would not know about his case, still take the consultation and give advice completly opposite of whats given erlier { litterally harmful and illetrate advice }.
^They dont let u see the treatment process... would just take ur dog away and addminister them any medicine they like. No humans allowed.
^ They would administer unnessary medications and injections [ which I proclaim unnessary by the opinon of other real doctor ] which would not only be there just to burn a hole in ur pocket but also reduce the lifespan of ur canine by reducing immunity and unnessarly bombarding liver with pills.
^When asked for previous medical reports { because my dog has been suffering for a lng time and they cant do anything but call him in for a few days, say he is fine, and then call him in because the dog is sick again } they claim they cant ( or are not allowed to provide it ) .... What will the other doctor refer to ?
To conclude ... its not a place that will make ur dog better... because they just want money and can drop thier standerds to a profoudly deep level for that. They will keep the dog sick... maybe never cure it fully ... for u to bring ur furry friend back there. Its not a hospital, but a bussness ensuring repeat custumers at any cost. No doctor enticity. Just save ur furry friends beause there are people there taking advantage of ur emotional attachment to them, for ur money, at thier cost.
PS,
Joy ( my golden ) if fine now that I have decided to change my doctor ... my dog is doing well and is happy again. Hope u choose wisely.
