I used to love shopping here. The staff was very helpful and courteous. They even helped me find a rare book last year. Lately, the people have changed.
Recently, my wife and I visited to look for new addition. She found a coffee table book in the 50% off section so we thought we'll buy it. The guy at checkout was so rude. He started questioning us that there is no discount on this book, how it got in that section and keep it back where it was etc. Then when we made the purchase for something else, I said I wanted a bag but he forgot to add it and said that I had said no for it. Overall, a completely horrible and painful experience.
Best place ever, alot books are there, I love reading books, very exquisite place, I'm there with my friend she is my friend yea.
