Most insensitive approach by doc. My Guinea pig was suffering from broken hip bone plus stones in bladder. He was active and was walking on four legs before I took him to the doc . After X ray and check up I got him home and I noticed that he is falling and not able to walk only. When I called at clinic they are not willing to accept that they had mishandled my pet and doc claimed that he was walking fine.
I spoke to the doc on phone but doc said what do you want me do. Instead of showing any sort of sympathy towards a pet ..doc attitude was pathetic. No remorse , no accountability and zero emotions.
As a pet parent you don’t loose your pet by mishandling, you loose faith and heart in the process of loss.
What started as a loving welcome for my turtle turned into a very upsetting experience. Despite owning my turtle for 17 years and knowing its needs, the clinic forced unnecessary tests worth ₹4,000 (blood tests and x ray) and charged ₹900 just for checking it.
When I objected, the assistant arrogantly stated that their protocol is to “do tests and make money first, then treat the pet.” That was shocking and heartbreaking as a pet parent.
Please don’t be fooled by their sweet talk. In my experience, they care more about money than animals. Avoid if you truly love your pet
I travelled all the way from Punjab to get my bunny treated by Dr. Hena. My bunny had been suffering from a dental disease for almost a year, and within just two days she solved a problem that no one else could. We got a dental surgery done, and now my bunny is eating like never before.
I highly recommend Dr. Hena — she is incredibly empathetic, listens with patience, and answers even your most idiotic questions with kindness and clarity. Truly grateful.

The entire team at Critter Care Veterinary Clinic is amazing — Dr. Henna, Dr. Ruchi, Varsha madam, and Tekraj bhai are always so helpful and compassionate. They even attend calls late at night and never hesitate to guide or support. Their kindness towards stray animals is truly heartwarming, often giving concessions and going out of their way to help.

I had a great experience with this clinic! My tortoise was unwell, and the doctor here was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire treatment. Their care and attention made a big difference, and I'm so thankful that my tortoise is now healthy again. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for expert veterinary care!
