It’s always a pleasure to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport. The warm hospitality and outstanding service make it feel like a true home away from home every time we visit Mumbai.
The staff are genuinely caring and always available to help. A special shout-out to Tanuj at the front desk reception – he went above and beyond to ensure our booking was extended to 8 PM on January 30-31 to perfectly align with our late-night flight back to Australia. He first mentioned this during a casual conversation at checkout on January 11, followed up proactively, and confirmed everything was sorted when we returned on the 30th. His thoughtfulness and follow-through made our stay stress-free.
I also want to highlight the excellent lobby team who greet us warmly and handle our large bags from international travel effortlessly. They lift, scan, and take care of everything without us having to lift a finger, while keeping the lobby clear and convenient for everyone to board cars or taxis. It’s such a thoughtful touch that makes arrivals and departures so smooth.
In particular, I’ve met Mr. Sachin Jadhav on several trips – he’s always kind, professional, and takes great care of luggage handling, loading, and unloading. I may not remember every staff member’s name from day and night shifts, but I truly appreciate their collective efforts and dedication.
Thank you to the entire team for consistently delivering such high-quality service. We will definitely continue to be loyal guests every time we’re in Mumbai!
Despite already seeing mixed reviews, I decided to give this hotel a chance based on the good ones — big mistake.
We were given Room 615 with a terrible view and a faulty AC that barely worked despite multiple follow-ups and an engineer visit. Cooling issues continued through the night. The mattress was uneven and uncomfortable, and the shower leaked, flooding the washroom.
Hygiene was shocking. A worm was found in a cake during lunch, and the next day there were flies on the food at breakfast. For such serious issues, management only offered apologies. The all-meals package was misleading, with almost the same food and desserts repeated every meal. Service at Momo Café was painfully slow and clearly understaffed — even getting water refilled took over an hour.
Overall, poor maintenance, poor hygiene, and poor service. Not worth the money and definitely not recommended.
We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Mumbai in December and again in January during our trip to India, and both times it was excellent. The location is so convenient — around 10 minutes from the airport — which made everything really easy.
The service was genuinely outstanding. Every member of staff was attentive and helpful, and the attention to detail was exceptional. I’ve stayed in many great hotels around the world, but the level of care here really stood out.
The rooms were clean, spacious and airy, and housekeeping was consistent throughout our stay. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice.
We’ll definitely be staying here again when we return in October.

I had a pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport. The environment is very good, welcoming, and well maintained. The staff are extremely attentive, caring, and polite, which really adds to the overall experience.
The room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Amenities like the gym and swimming pool are also well maintained and enjoyable.
The only drawback I noticed is the official check-in time of 3:00 PM, which can be a bit inconvenient. However, the staff were kind enough to accommodate me and provided the room around 1:00 PM, which I truly appreciated.
Overall, a very good stay with excellent hospitality, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
As a titanium Marriott Bonvoy member, the service I got from this hotel was extraordinary. Guest relations Ambassador, Tanuj Rutu, front desk Managers, Tanmay Pillai and Apurba went above and beyond to make my stay with family wonderful. Tanuj even arranged complimentary transport from the airport to the hotel as I had large pieces of luggage, he did not hesitate even once to go the extra step to make it happen. Check-in was quick and seamless - they even upgraded our room to an apartment suite even though we were only staying for one night - was not needed but truly made us feel so valued and made our stay even more comfortable after a really long travel journey already. Tanuj made sure on a regular basis if I needed anything, he even arranged for me to check out late - normally late check out is around 4 PM but he let my family stay until around 7 PM, which was very helpful. Next time I am in Mumbai, we are definitely staying at this Marriott -the staff goes all the way, breakfast is excellent, the lounge is incredible (they even made special tea for us). What else can you truly ask for? Overall, a wonderful experience! Highly recommend to anyone.
