very poor service. no one bothered to even pick up the landline phone in case of ac breakdown. pls ensure you have an alternate electrician in case there is a breakdown. otherwise it will mean a closing down of your office till issue is resolved
We have been calling them for the last 15 days. But they do not have a technician to send. Ours ac has been out of order for the last 15 days.

Though they probably serve more multinational companies with their "HVAC " needs, they are equally good in individual air conditioning setup and support. I highly recommend climatic controls Pvt Ltd. This is one of the best HVAC Companies in India.
