I had an excellent experience with this laundry service and am extremely satisfied with the overall quality and professionalism. From the moment I handed over my clothes, I could tell they genuinely care about their customers and their garments.
The service was fast and delivered exactly on time as promised, I will definitely continue using their service in the future without any hesitation.
I gave my beige shoes for dry cleaning and they came back completely ruined. The colour changed from beige to brown, making them look worn and ugly. This is basic negligence and shows a lack of care and expertise.
While the owner admitted the mistake and didn’t charge me, that doesn’t undo the damage or replace my shoes.
Completely unacceptable service.
Very much satisfied with the service . I gave few traditional garments for cleaning and Steam press and both jobs done very well. I for sure will recommend them . Although price is slightly high on few services so one really needs to choose what is suitable as per budget. so request if you can lower down prices a bit.
Plus to that they have home pick n drop and staff is really polite and good.
