I have booked for Delhi transport
They promised to ship in 4 day but thay have taken 16 day .and taken charge for door step delivery but not delivered at door step.
They promised in 4 day and taken 16 day after that they denying to door step delivery saying you have to receive at branch.
Mr Sahil Pawar is extremely unprofessional in his dealings. Cannot commit to timelines, constantly cutting calls without any clear communication regarding the delivery status, irrespective of payment being done in full prior.
Don’t trust these guys with your money or your consignments.
Very bad behaviour
Specially mr Sandeep and the owner mr Pawar
In the phone call they quoted a price ,
Then when I sent the goods ( by paying porter as heavy amount )all the way from Matunga to Sakinaka at their office ,
They straight way asked me to pay three times the price , as they thought that now i have sent the goods and don’t have any other option ,
I requested them to make a reasonable price for the transportation ,
Infact I offered them double the price than the regular thinking that getting the goods back to my godown , and paying another porter charge ,
But this owner behaved in a very wrong manner and showing attitude telling me to take away the goods ,
Asking me if I pay more than he asked ,
Then too he won’t accept the goods .
Requesting all the readers ,
Not to give any kind of business to such an unprofessional person .
Worst service with no REPONCIBLLITY.. I have sent material of 1.63 thousend 90% of material delivered broken at site not even pick call and reply for.. Don't send material totally unprofessional road side person.. Finally I have complain to transport authority of India.. And request to cancell his licence
