I had a highly disappointing experience. Their staff member, Bhagyashree, was extremely rude and unprofessional, lacking basic communication and customer-handling skills.
They collected our CO₂ extinguisher with a commitment to deliver within one day, but there was no response to calls or follow-ups afterward. At the time of payment, the behavior was again very rude and unprofessional.
Overall, very poor service and not reliable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Cefex Absolutely Pathetic Service – Regret Taking AMC
I strongly advise not to take any services from this provider. Their service is worse and highly unprofessional. I’ve been following up for over a week through emails, calls, and WhatsApp messages and still received no proper response.
Cefex promised reliable support and prompt service when we took the AMC, but all their commitments turned out to be false. The moment the payment was made, they vanished, no follow-up, no service, no responsibility.
Even for basic maintenance, I had to make multiple requests and literally beg them to visit. They just don’t care once they’ve got your money.
I will never renew my AMC with them and do not recommend their services to anyone. Very disappointing experience avoid at all costs
One Of the best Fire Fighting Vendor with good Technical Knowledge about the field and vast site experience. Staff is very cooperative and gives quick, best and Affordable Solutions for any fire related issues. Highly recommended.
