Very friendly office space. Had visited here for an event and the staff and office members treated us with respect. Loved helping them with a event.
It’s the worst company to partner with or to reach out as a customer. Very unprofessional and mindless behaviour. Seems like they are putting college pass outs as their heads in hierarchy who have no courtesy or responsibility towards their clients.
The worst team in this world. They have no control over their team members and only harass the vendors who come to work. Before a material vehicle enters the mall, information is given 2 to 3 hours in advance so that people are informed before entering. After the vehicle is parked at the gate, they wait for 2 to 3 hours to give permission. Such a worst team ever i seen @l&t nexus seawood
Well designed, keeping in mind the efficiency of the Real Estate(as it is way too costly in the said micro market) and productivity.
CBRE has 2 floors (11 & 12) on lease in this building and is accessible 24x7 for employees if required.
Work culture is good.
