Absolutely disappointed with The Cat King.

I had booked a grooming appointment for my cat and paid a 100 booking fee in advance. Unfortunately, my cat fell ill on the day of the appointment and I had to rush to the vet. I even had a valid doctor’s prescription and was ready to share proof, yet the staff refused to either refund or even reschedule the appointment. The complete lack of empathy towards a sick pet was honestly shocking.

On top of that, booking appointments with them is unnecessarily difficult. They are extremely rigid with timings and never make any effort to accommodate customer preferences or help find suitable slots. It always feels like customers are expected to adjust entirely according to their convenience, with zero flexibility from their side.

For a business dealing with pets and pet parents, basic understanding and customer service should be expected — sadly, that is completely missing here. Definitely not an experience I would recommend.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Cat King. While the shop might have the supplies you need, the staff working inside are some of the worst I’ve encountered.
From the moment I walked in, I was treated with zero respect. The employees act as if they are doing you a massive favor just by speaking to you, treating customers as if we are trying to get products for free rather than paying for them. There is a complete lack of basic customer service etiquette, the staff is consistently rude, dismissive, and clearly doesn’t know how to treat people properly.
A retail business especially a pet shop should be a welcoming environment, but the attitude here is toxic. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and suggest others do the same until they learn how to value their customers.
Owner of the store mr asad is the only one customer friend and good person he is the only one who knows how to maintain relation with customers.
And specially the lady staff acts like she is a boss over smart one.

The shop has everything a person need for their pet. From food to grooming essentials, everything is available and at good rates. The service is also nice. The only setback I faced was while booking grooming appointment. They have very rigid timings for grooming and does not give appointments easily.

I had wonderful experience at the grooming shop😻the staff were very friendly, patient, and truly my cat's comfort. The grooming service was excellent.
My cat looked clean, fresh, and calm after the session. The shop was neat, hygienic, and a pleasant smell. I also loved their collection of cat accessories and grooming products --
Everything was well organized and reasonably priced.
Overall, I'm really happy with the service and would definitely recommend this shop to other cat owners.
