Excellent food preparation..got delivery on time.
We ordered starters and Chinese ,main course.
Garlic chill prawns, amritsari fish tikka, chicken tangdi were very good.
Every thing was good, chicken and mutton biryani could be better... over-all happy with service and food... guests Loved the food...we will order again
Foods were delicious. They delivered before the expected time but the food were fresh even after 7 to 8 hours of delivery. Packaging was good and so was the quality and quantity of food. Looking forward for my next order ❤️.
The packaging and presentation were good, and everything looked fine visually. However, the actual food quality and taste were not good at all. Photos can only show the appearance and packaging, but they cannot reflect the poor taste and overall eating experience.[20/05, 3:17 pm] Subash Mohanty: Very disappointing food quality. Most of the dishes were half-cooked and lacked proper taste. The biryani had no proper masala balance, and the raita looked like plain curd with no flavor. The Manchurian, veg seekh kebab, and paneer were all undercooked. Because of the poor quality, most of the food went to waste. Everyone who ate the food complained, which was very embarrassing for me as a host. The only good items were the phirni and the sales/service part. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

Ordered a full lunch spread for my office Diwali party from CaterNinja, and it was absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious, and the packaging was top-notch. Highly appreciate the on-time delivery - it made our celebration even more special. The variety of dishes was impressive, and everyone loved the flavors. Service was seamless. Highly recommend CaterNinja for any office events or gatherings. Will definitely order again!"

Unsafe Food, Policy-Based Excuses Instead of Accountability
This was our first and extremely disappointing experience with CaterNinja.
We placed a bulk order worth ₹8,000, which included multiple appetizers, rice items, and desserts for a group event. Initially, we noticed a bad smell from the veg Schezwan rice. Later, when the remaining food was properly packed and stored in the refrigerator to consume the next day, every single item—including chicken fried rice, chicken seekh kebab, achari chicken tikka, kalmi chicken tikka, paneer items, and mushrooms—developed a foul smell and became completely inedible. We had no option but to throw everything away.
Any freshly cooked food does not spoil overnight when stored correctly. This clearly indicates that the food delivered was not freshly prepared, raising serious food safety concerns, especially with cooked rice and poultry.
What is more disappointing is CaterNinja’s response. Instead of addressing the quality and safety issue, they stated that:
Food was “freshly prepared” as per internal policy
Issues must be reported within 2 hours to be considered
Since no report was received within that time, they cannot assess the claim
This response completely ignores the fact that:
Food quality issues often become evident only after consumption or later storage
During a live event, it is not always practical to investigate and report immediately
Unsafe food cannot be justified or dismissed based on a time window
They offered only a discount on the next order, which is unacceptable when unsafe food worth ₹8,000 had to be discarded.
Adding to this, after delivery, the sales executive stopped answering calls (messages still showed as delivered), which reflects a lack of accountability. After this incident, I also noticed other customer reviews mentioning spoiled food, indicating this may not be an isolated case.
CaterNinja relies heavily on policy-based replies rather than taking responsibility for food safety. I strongly do NOT recommend CaterNinja, especially for bulk or party orders where hygiene, freshness, and trust are critical.
