Finding the right dentist is so important, especially when you’re dealing with treatments that can feel intimidating. Dr. Sulabhi Shyam is truly amazing—not only extremely skilled but also very calming and reassuring throughout the entire process. She makes sure you’re comfortable and pain-free at every step.

Worst experience.
They first ask for X-rays and a mock-up. Once that is done and fully paid for, they suddenly quote a very high treatment price. For the same treatment and brands, I was offered much better rates at well-known clinics like Dentz and Apollo.
When I decided not to proceed with their service and asked for my mock-up back (which I paid for), they refused and said it was “against their policy.”
That makes no sense. If a patient pays for a mock-up, it should be given back. It’s my dental mock-up, and I should be able to use it to consult other doctors.
I usually don’t post reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt it was important to share. Anyone considering this clinic should be aware of this before proceeding.
First of all, it's extremely crucial to find not only a good dentist but also someone who can ease the fear of a long-pending treatment. Dr. Sulabhi Shyam is a gem of a person who makes sure a patient or client doesn't feel pain at any step. I had RCT and alignment, and the results were astounding. As an actress, I have my forever go-to dentist 🦷, and I highly recommend Bombay Dental Centre to everyone.
Had a really good experience with Dr. Sula hi at Bombay Dental Centre. Went in for a gum check-up and a few cavity fillings. The doctor was super polite, explained everything clearly about the relevant procedures and requirements, and made me feel totally at ease. The fillings were done smoothly and without any discomfort.
What I liked most was how well she followed up afterward to check how things were healing. It’s rare to see that kind of care these days. Definitely recommend her if you’re looking for a dentist who’s friendly, thorough, and really good at what she does.
