The location is just perfect if you want to be connected with Bandra and Khar. Or other areas too.
Safe place to stay for women.
The staffs are too nice and cooperative. At the reception Sarthak and his other colleagues were polite, I asked for a room change, the staffs were more than happy to help out. For a reasonable and comfortable stay , this is the place to be.
Although, I have not tried Bloom at other locations, I bet they have maintained the same standart across.
Convenience, safety, Comfort, clean, good staffs.
Good value for money, great service (thanks Deep), could be cleaner especially the corners and reception toilet.
The breakfast, especially the non indian stuff is absolutely atrocious and the lowest quality they could get away with. It did not fit in well with the overall budget luxury vibe coz this was just cheap. Not to mention the hilariously awkward silence at the banquet where there is no wifi or phone signal.
The rooms are adequate with the only problems being the small bathrooms.
Location is excellent except for the planes flying over every 15 mins.
All well and good. The staff were especially the best, young and energetic. The complimentary breakfast was a good spread. The rooms have good view. The toilets are small in size but they are good. I will definitely refer this hotel to my friends. For the staff and management of the hotel my sincere request is that keep up the maintenance and your lovely behaviour.
Great for a budget stay. They use an app where you can scan the QR code and quickly chat to receive any extra items within 5 mims to your room. The breakfast was really nice, and rooms very clean and decently spacious for a quick stay.
I had a nice stay overall; the location and service were great, and the room was mostly clean and cozy.
However, there were problems with the room:
1. Most of the plug points in the room didn't work. Luckily 1 did.
2. There was no hot water in the shower.
3. I found a cockroach in the room.
I would have given the hotel a full 5 stars, but these problems show that the rooms need maintenance.
Overall, not a bad place for an overnight stopover like mine but I wouldn't stay for any longer than that.
