Black & White - Best Dry Cleaning & Laundry Services in Andheri/Lokhandwala/Oshiwara

Had a stressful experience with them! I had given a pair of shoes to be cleaned, which they misplaced and ended up delivering the wrong shoe. I had to constantly keep calling them to check what was the update regarding finding my shoe. Although they were able to locate it, again the delivery took forever. And the second time I gave them more clothes, the lady on phone absolutely tried to gaslight me by saying that she had called on the registered number (my father’s) and he denied the delivery as there was no one at home. Whereas my father never received any call. The level of attitude they have to be lying on our faces is incredible!

This is honestly the worst laundry service ever. The staff is extremely rude, and they even misplaced my shoes. They didn’t have the courtesy to call or inform me. I was told I’d get my shoes in 3–4 days, and it’s been 15 days—still one shoe is missing because of them.

Even for a pair of rubber slippers, they charged me ₹675, which is ridiculous. They’ve completely cheated me. I will never recommend this place. Totally not worth the price or the service.

I had a disappointing experience with the service provided. The pick-up and drop-off was not only inefficient but also poorly managed. Additionally, the quality of the cloth washing was subpar and did not meet my expectations. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve future customer satisfaction.

They are v rude staff no stain removing no ironing bad washing and dont send clothes back if i told them its still dusty n not ironed they donot remove normal staims that i could with vanish later .. i jad no maid for a month i was using them for normal liwuid sherbwt water stains and lifh brown dust stains from bedsheets .. v lifht beigw stains the delivwry boy saw n realsie dn said i am taking it back but the lasy at andheri west laundry jist kept my sheets for months amd never returned them i also made 50 pcnt payment to them .. their work isnpathetic amd over

Extremely Disappointed – Cheated by This Place!
I trusted this place to clean my shoes, but it turned out to be a huge mistake!

1st Image: This is how my shoe looked before the cleaning, especially notice the black part.
2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Images: After getting my shoes back, I noticed serious damage to the black area. I immediately returned the next day and showed them the issue. Instead of fixing it, they promised me it would be repaired.

6th & 7th Images: Instead of a proper fix, they painted over the damaged area to make it "look good" when I had explicitly told them not to paint. This is a clear case of cheating!

They claim to use organic cleaning methods, but if that were true, how did the material get damaged so badly? Clearly, something went wrong in their process, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to cover it up.

Not only was my shoe damaged due to their poor service, but they also misled me about their cleaning techniques. NEVER trust this place!

Also, I strongly doubt the 5-star reviews here—they seem fake because that's the only review those users have posted.

⚠️ To everyone reading this: If you ever feel cheated, please use the Jago Grahak Jago platform and file a complaint with the Consumer Court. Businesses like these should not be allowed to scam people. Be careful and stay away from this place!

I’m not even sure if the owner will delete this review, but I’ll keep sharing my experience elsewhere to make sure others don’t get scammed.
