Really annoying person on the phone don't know his name though. Had to order few medicines. He couldn't Understand a thing. Had to repeat so many times to order the medicines.finally when the bill arrived it had so many mistakes with wrong patient name and the doctors name as well. Was a task explaining that chap over the phone. Arghhhh
