They do not deliver the claim, they say every time that the delivery boy is sick or he is not available, they do not give any response.
Very poor experience at this medical store. Even though the store was almost empty, I was made to wait for nearly 20 minutes without any proper reason. When I asked about a discount, the staff said that the discount was already applied. However, after reaching home, I realized that no discount was given and no bill was provided.
I had to go back to the store again, waste more time, and only after questioning them did they finally give the discount and the bill. The staff behavior was not good, and they were not transparent or helpful.
