I’ve been a regular customer here and have always enjoyed visiting, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing.
The staff member at the chaat counter was extremely rude. When I politely requested one extra masala puri, he abruptly replied, “Ho gaya,” in a very dismissive manner. I understand that I was asking for something extra, and I was even willing to pay for it. In fact, it was only after I offered additional money that he finally gave me the masala puri.
For a pani puri that is priced on the higher side, I expect at least basic courtesy and customer service, especially as a regular customer. It wasn’t about the extra puri it was about the rude attitude and the way the request was handled.
I hope the management addresses this and ensures customers are treated with respect.
All food items ordered were fresh, hot and delicious.
1) Dabeli was nice sweet and spicy with an ample amount of masala peanuts.
2) Veg toast sandwich - it's a triple layered sandwich. The amount of vegetables was perfect.
3) Paneer bread pakoda - it's an all time favourite having a big paneer slice stuffed inside.
4) Veg Pocket samosa - stuffing of samosa consists of cashews, raisins with potato masala.
5) Gulab Jamun - they are soft with cardamom. The size is pretty big.
6) Butterscotch shrikhand - different flavored shrikhand but definitely a must try.
7) Sandwich Halwa - it's thick in size unlike regular flat halwa. Consists of large amount of cashew nut, almond and pista.
Wow very nice quantity and very good packaging…. I ordered pani puri from here from Zomato and it was awesome 5 star 1 plate having 15 puris
Best Shop for Sweets and snacks. Must Visit Place with family and friends.
Ordered sweets from this shop from zomato trusting their reviews and ratings. But highly disappointed. Found fungus in the sweets (lavang latika). I ended up offering this to my 3 year old unknowingly only to make her fall sick. Feeling guilty now.
Pathetic and careless shop, playing with your health.
