Worst service possible. First their pickup delivery guy came 1 day late, was drunk in the middle of the day and very unprofessional. Then they shipped my stuff to Hyderabad instead of Mumbai and didn’t inform me, I got to know when they actually picked up my call after 10 days today and they say they can’t tell me a date by which my stuff would reach me…..peak unprofessionalism
We had booked BB Agarwal Packers and Movers on 1st February' 26 for our household shifting from Mumbai to Indore. Packing was done very well however post experience was entirely unprofessional and pathetic.
We had booked direct services and paid double the amount of their usual services as we were promised that the shifting will be done in couple of days with their door to door service.
After rigorous follow ups our stuff was delivered which took around 5 days. And this does not stop here. 90% of the cartons were open, our clothes were damaged, stuff is lost. This is the service we get after paying our hard earned money. We were also expected to carry it all to our home by ourselves as they had no person for door to door service.
There has been persistent non-responsiveness from their team, and the communication has been discourteous and unprofessional. Such conduct is a failure to meet even basic standards of responsibility and service..
We are still awaiting refund of the damages done and the mental distress we have gone through with this pathetic service of theirs.
Would strongly recommend to NOT GO WITH THIS company. It is a BIG FRAUD.
Best thing about the service was it was Extremely Economical. Recently shifted from Deonar to Govandi. People were extremely hardworking. Although Shifting was completed on time, yet it lacked professional approach, led by poor planning. The hurriedness resulted in dragging the furniture, resulting in damage of few furniture bottoms. Refrigerator also developed few scratches.
Very good packers and movers service. The movers were very polite, helpful and handled all my house material very carefully while moving Vikhroli to Bhandup!
I booked Agarwal Packers and Movers to transport my household goods and motorcycle from Mumbai to Kerala. Initially, I was quoted ₹28,000, which I agreed to after sharing detailed photos and descriptions of the items over WhatsApp.
However, after pickup, I was suddenly presented with a bill of ₹44,000, which included hidden charges for GST and insurance that were not disclosed beforehand. After heated discussions, I was forced to settle at ₹34,000, trusting their promise of door-to-door delivery.
While my household goods were delivered, my motorcycle is still stuck at their Thrissur warehouse, and they are now asking me to arrange local transport and pay an extra ₹4,000–₹4,500, which was never part of the agreement. The representative, Mr Sandeep, has stopped responding to my calls and messages.
This experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. I feel cheated and misled.
I would strongly suggest others get all charges and terms in writing before booking, and to be very careful when dealing with this company.
