Timing of store is mentioned 9:30 but they close by 8:30/8:45 , whenever I go there is size or else colour options ( if they have color then they don't have size ) every time the thing repeats

What a brilliant customer service by Bata staff. One week ago I brought a pair of rainy shoes for myself from this store, shoes looks so good but after using whole day I realized the right shoes is defective, I am feeling pain in my right leg while wearing this shoes. NEXT day I visited the branch and complained about this. I asked for the replacement. Bata staff was so humbled he asked for the bill and he immediately asking any questions take my request for the change. He asked me to wait for 3 days. I called on 3rd day about my shoes. They told me to visit the showroom and can take any shoes with the exchange. Next day I visited early morning and finally they gave me a fresh new pair of shoes. I am so impressed by the staff and Bata. Thank you so much.
